On November 21, 2016, Kimberly Kyle spoke at the Ohio Valley RIMS meeting on the topic of “Contracts – A Risky Business.” Her co-speaker was Thomas Purtell of Aon Risk Solutions/Aon Risk Services Northeast, Inc. Discussed was what Risk Managers should review in contracts and insurance policies regarding risk transfer, additional insured agreements and endorsements, indemnification agreements, waiver of subrogation clauses, additional insured endorsements and limits of liability clauses.
