Mark Longenecker is Of Counsel with the firm. Mark has represented public and private companies in the areas of corporate and business law with concentrations in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, securities law and board of directors/corporate governance.  He represents companies in structuring and negotiating merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions; assists emerging businesses and investors in venture capital financing and private placements of equity and debt securities; represents issuers in initial public offerings and subsequent offerings and advises them on securities law compliance; consults with both public and private companies on board of directors, board of advisors, fiduciary duty and related corporate governance matters; and assists in shareholder and owner disputes.
