Missy is an associate in Kohnen & Patton’s Business Law and Transactions Practice Group. Missy’s work focuses on assisting new and established companies with a broad range of general corporate issues, including formation, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Missy’s work further focuses on a variety of commercial real estate issues, including acquisition, leasing, sale, and development. She also assists with commercial lending, securities, and finance transactions. 

Missy earned her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. During her time at Chase, she was a student clinician in the Small Business and Non-Profit Transactional Clinic. She also served as a Senior Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review. 

Missy is a Cincinnati native. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, being outside, and attending concerts and sporting events.
