Ideal Candidates
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity. License to practice law in Commonwealth of Kentucky preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Established book of business valued at $200K or more.
- Experience with business litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and/or creditors’ rights helpful.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently but embraces teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to get involved in the legal and civic community.
