Malinda L. Langston

Ms. Langston is a litigation attorney who focuses primarily on corporate and bank clients with simple to complex bankruptcy cases, debt restructurings, lender liability, special assets, creditors’ rights, insolvency, contract disputes, landlord-tenant law, subrogation and general commercial litigation.

She employs a practical, cost-effective, results-oriented approach that helps her clients maximize value on their investments, and find money in the tough cases. Ms. Langston’s experience varies substantially over a great number of industries, including banking, real estate investment, healthcare, diagnostic imaging, construction, funeral services, telecommunications, automotive, restaurant and manufacturing. She also has extensive experience assisting lenders with developing, negotiating and documenting creative restructuring and workout solutions.

As the mother of 2 young girls, Ms. Langston is constantly striving to show them that you can be great parent and enjoy a great career. When not practicing law, on the youth soccer field or at a ballet recital, she plays competitive tennis and practices yoga. Ms. Langston lives in Mt. Lookout with her husband, daughters and two miniature turtles named Peanut Butter and Jelly.
