Ms. Rounding is a partner in the firm, concentrating her practice in estate planning, trust and probate administration.

Ms. Rounding was born a Canadian-American dual citizen. She was raised in Ottawa, Canada, graduated from the University of Western Ontario in London, and then moved to the United States when she was 20 years old to attend Harvard Law School. She first practiced law in Chicago but moved to Cincinnati in 1979 to join a large law firm. In 2006, after 30 years practicing estate planning and probate with several law firms in Cincinnati, Ms. Rounding established her own firm specializing in that field.

Ms. Rounding’s clients include individuals needing estate planning, corporate and individual fiduciaries with estate and trust administration issues, and families settling affairs after the death of a loved one. Ms. Rounding likes to establish an ongoing working relationship with her clients, rather than work with a client on a one-time basis.
