Ms. Langston is a partner in the firm. She practices in Ohio and Kentucky in the areas of creditors’ rights, insolvency, bankruptcy, mechanic’s lien law, landlord-tenant law, subrogation and commercial
litigation. Ms. Langston has extensive experience assisting both lenders and borrowers in negotiating
and documenting restructured loan workouts. She also focuses a significant amount of her practice
on collecting secured and unsecured debt, litigating in these areas and representing institutional
clients in bankruptcies and adversary proceedings.
Ms. Langston is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association Bankruptcy Committee, American
Bankruptcy Law Forum, Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations and Northern Kentucky and
Kentucky Bar Associations. She has been named a Rising Star Super Lawyer by Law & Politics in
conjunction with Cincinnati Magazine.
