Kohnen & Patton LLP (“K&P”, “we” or “us”)
is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy
Statement is designed to assist you in understanding how
we collect, use and safeguard the information related to
our web site located at www.kplaw.com, and
associated web pages (along with the information and materials
located thereon, collectively the “Site”) and
to assist you in making informed decisions when using our
Site. By using the Site and submitting information,
you consent to the collection and use of your personal information
by us as described below. We may modify the Privacy
Statement from time to time without notice to you by posting
a revised Privacy Statement on this page. Your continued
use of this Site shall constitute your acceptance of any

What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit certain parts
of the Site, we may ask you for certain information such
as contact information, telephone numbers, your email address,
your location and the name of your organization.
Similar to other Web sites, our Site may also use web server
logs, cookies, pixel tags and other automated means to collect
non-personally identifiable information about how our Site
is accessed or used. Information gathered through Web server
logs and other means may include at least the date and time

How We Use The Information We Collect.
In general, you do
not have to provide us with your personally identifiable
information to use this Site. If you do provide us with personally
identifiable information, we will use your information for
the purposes you request. We use personally identifiable
information to respond to your inquiries and to send you publications
or other information that you request. You may also receive
other mailings relating to K&P seminars or events that
we think may be of interest to you. If you contact us by
email through the Site, we may keep a record of your contact
information and correspondence, and we reserve the right
to use your email address, and any information that you provide
to us in your message, to respond to you. If you decide
at any time that you no longer wish to receive mailings from
us, please refer to the paragraph below headed Changing
or Deleting Personal Information.
Non-personally identifiable information that is automatically
collected by our system is used to conduct internal research
on our users' demographics, interests and use of our Site
so that we may improve our Site to better serve your needs.
We do not use such data in any way to create or maintain
a personal profile of you or collect personally identifiable
information from you.
Do We Share The Information We Collect?

below, we do not disclose information about your individual
visits to our Site or information which personally identifies
you to any unaffiliated third parties unless we have your

of a portion, or all of, the assets of K&P.

K&P seeks to adopt commercially reasonable security
measures consistent with legal industry practice to assist
in protecting against the loss, misuse, and alteration of
personally identifiable information which is under our control.
Unfortunately, no security system, or system of transmitting
data over the Internet, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
As a result of the foregoing, while we undertake commercially
reasonable efforts to protect your personally identifiable
information, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers,

What About "Cookies"?

use our Site, we might store some information on your computer.
