Since joining Kohnen & Patton in 2008, Ms. Cull’s work has focused on general litigation, employment and appellate practice. She has assisted and managed litigation for a variety of clients at all stages of a case, from investigation and discovery to summary judgment, mediation and trial. In employment matters, Ms. Cull has assisted clients with pre-suit resolution of trade secret and noncompete violations, and has helped obtain monetary damages and injunctive relief through suit.
She has also represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and various local human rights commissions, responding to charges of discrimination based on Title VII, the ADA and the ADEA. Ms. Cull’s appellate practice includes briefing and arguing appeals to multiple Ohio Courts of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court, addressing various areas of law, including contract disputes, an employment discrimination claim, and a medical malpractice action.
During her third year of law school, Ms. Cull served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. She is a St. Louis, Missouri native and stubbornly remains a Cardinals baseball fan. She and her husband, Brendon, live in Clifton with their young daughter, Maggie, and old mutt, Louie.
